Harlem Bespoke: We have not posted a picture of 407 Lenox by the corner of 131st since
last summer and the most current photo taken this past week shows that everything has now topped off. All of the netting is up now but it is apparent that the facade finishes have yet to be install underneath. and the new construction is mostly a cinderblock cube at this point in time. An anticipated finish date has been set for November of this year and it appears that this deadline will probably be achieved.
