Harlem Bespoke: Number 152 West 122nd Street on the outskirts of the Mount Morris Park Historic District returned to market for the asking price of $3.75 million in 2018, was later reduced to $3.395 million in May of 2019 and had a contract out by summer. Records now show that the historic brownstone closed in the fall for a slightly lower price set at $3.35 million. As previously mentioned, the former address of a local nonprofit sold for $2.2 million about 4 years ago and has quite a bit of original details within but the entire building has been chopped up into 4 units. This diamond in the rough could use a designer's touch within and C of O conversion to a more simple layout could really make for a spectacular home. Express trains on Lenox are just 3 blocks north and the Whole Foods at that intersection is a big attraction. More photos and contact information on the broker site: LINK
