Harlem Bespoke: Some distressing news about Fairway has come to light and it appears that the iconic New York City supermarket might be shuttering soon. Apparently the New York Post published an article mentioning as much but
New York magazine mentions that the owners have denied that anything is amiss. The beleaguered beloved retailer had bankruptcy issues back in 2016 which could be a sign that all 14 location including the
one in Harlem may indeed be history in the coming months. Similarly, Dean & DeLuca also denied that stores were closing in the past but at the end shuttered all doors last year. More on the Fairway story on the New York magazine site:
