DWELL: 233 LENOX AVENUE OFF MARKET

Harlem Bespoke: Number 233 Lenox Avenue arrived on the market back in April 2018 for just under $6 million, by June 2019 the formerly highest priced home in Harlem had been reduced to $4.75 million and now has been removed from the market as of January 2020.  As previously mentioned, the location by 121st Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is quite ideal but the entire building has been chopped up into 2 occupied apartments and a commercial space on the ground floor.  Whole Foods opened up a few blocks north on 125th Street a couple of years ago which might be the reason for the higher price range but the market is very competitive these days.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK
