Harlem Bespoke: We just posted about the above Harlem shell last week and now the brownstone has a contract out. As previously mentioned, Number 242 West 132nd Street was up on the market again with an asking set at $1.795 million last March and now has returned for a cool $1.35 million. Apparently the shell sold for $1.043 million 4 years ago and then exchanged hands in 2017 for $530K. Everything appears to have been gutted and new support beams are in place so the next owner can re-design the interior to their own specifications. This block of West 132nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenue has been restored over the past decade and the aforementioned address is one of the last shells in the neighborhood.
