Harlem Bespoke: Groundbreaking for the new construction on the formerly empty lot at 320 West 135th Street was just about a year ago but the corner address on St. Nicholas Avenue has now revealed a completed facade. We especially like the location since it has direct views of St. Nicholas Park and is right in front of the subway entrance which makes for a convenient commute. Apparently there will only be 17 apartments available when completed and there will also be an ideally situated commercial space on the ground floor. Original renderings had a red brick frontage but there is really more of a grey modern hue to this notable development:
