DWELL: 146 WEST 121ST STREET IN CONTRACT

Harlem Bespoke:  An SRO brownstone at 146 West 121st Street by 7th Avenue started out at  2.2 million back November 2017 but has since been reduced several time over the years and now has a contract out based on $1.995 million.  As previously mentioned, there is a Certificate of Non Harassment in place which makes all of the difference and a lot of original details are intact inside.  With that said, these properties are usually only for cash buyers and there apparently is still one tenant on the top floor.  The Mount Morris Park address is also noteworthy since the brownstone is one of the lowest priced in the neighborhood and the new Whole Foods is just 4 blocks away.  More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
