DWELL: 386 MANHATTAN AVENUE IN CONTRACT


Harlem Bespoke: Number 387 Manhattan Avenue by 116th street arrived on the market for $3.295 million back in March last year, had been reduced to $3.150 $2.999 million a couple of months later and now has a contract out.  As previously mentioned, we especially like the single-family layout at a location that is next to the lower FDB commercial corridor and Morningside Park.  There appears to be a modern boutique hotel feel to interior space which turned out well since the gut renovation does not have any original details within.  Subway stops are also only a block away on 116th and FDB which is also ideal.  More photos and contact information can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
