$3.150 $2.999 million a couple of months later and now has a contract out. As previously mentioned, we especially like the single-family layout at a location that is next to the lower FDB commercial corridor and Morningside Park. There appears to be a modern boutique hotel feel to interior space which turned out well since the gut renovation does not have any original details within.
