Harlem Bespoke: Number 417 West 141st Street was up for sale at $1.75 million just last month and now has pulled from the market. It is unclear why the 4-family with distinct views of Hamilton Grange at St. Nicholas Park has only a momentarily listing since the same thing happened this time last year. As previously mentioned, many uptown brownstones in this price range in the past couple of years needed a gut renovation and this restored building on the hillside of West Harlem appears to require minimal work. Since the express subway stop at 145th Street is basically 4 blocks away, the location is quite ideal.
