Harlem Bespoke: The new normal for 2020 will be no public gatherings for the summer and the city announced that none of the local pools will be open for the upcoming season. Beaches will probably be shut off also along with any large gathering sports until at least fall. Since there is currently no vaccine for the COVID-19, the best way to keep everyone safe is through strict social distancing and this will only happen with local government guidance.
