Harlem Bespoke: A one-bedroom going for $1,700 a month on Sugar Hill at 749 Saint Nicholas Avenue by 147th Street has just arrived on the market. This address is right across the street from the express trains and supermarket but also happens to be the first Harlem residence of author Ralph Ellison who wrote part of Invisible Man while living here. There is apparently a rooftop terrace and the express subway station is on the same block. Those interested should check out the details and contact information on Streeteasy: LINK
