Harlem Bespoke: Essential construction for affordable housing still continues and now 201 East 125th Street has topped off. All 19 floors are now in place and the facade is quickly going up on each level. Ground breaking at this corner of 2nd Avenue just happened last summer but there are 400 units that have to be be completed inside once the outside elements are in place. With that said, expect move-in dates to happen within a year or so from now. Check out our past post to see the final rendering of this address on the east side of uptown's commercial corridor:
