Harlem Bespoke: An SRO brownstone in the Mount Morris Park Historic District went into contract in the fall of 2019 based on a $2.3 million asking and now records show that everything
closed for $2.226 million by December. Number 34 West 119th Street is on the south side of the block just east of Lenox and still has a couple of other townhouse neighbors that need a bit of extra love but things are slowly progressing toward full restoration of the street. Green plywood is now up around the historic home and permits show that a full restoration to a single-family home is at hand.
