Harlem Bespoke: In an effort to protect essential workers and others, Mayor De Blasio has now recommended that all grocery stores require customers to wear face mask or covering. The mandate announced today gives the right to all shops to refuse entry for those who do not comply. This will probably encourage more people to use face protection when going out so is definitely a good development and should be the new normal. Actually alls essential businesses that are open should do the same to be on the safe side but only grocery shops are mentioned. More details in the Post:
