Harlem Bespoke: What is going on with 384 Manhattan Avenue? There has been a sidewalk shed at this corner of 116th Street for years and the building has been abandoned for over a decade now. Permits for a full renovation were in motion back in 2012 but all have been disapproved with no further applications for a restoration from what we can gather. When we first wrote about the address back in 2009, one commenter mentioned that everything was supposed to be converted into affordable coop units with former residents having the option to buy for just a few hundred dollars:
