Harlem Bespoke: One of the best chef-owned restaurants in Harlem sadly announced they will permanently close due to the business loss during the pandemic shutdown. RDV made a fabulous debut on the fine dining scene back in November 2016 and offered up some of the most notable French cuisine in the city by Chef Kfir Ben-Ari and was our choice for Best Restaurant 2016 soon after the opening. The announcement was made yesterday
