Harlem Bespoke: Another notable restaurant reopening for takeout or delivery this week is ROKC on Broadway by 141st Street. The crafted cocktails put Harlem on the map back in 2016 but the local lounge that also sells ramen has been shuttered for the past couple of months because of the city shutdown. This is another sign of the city somewhat getting back to reopening in a social distancing sense so make sure to call up and help this local business startup again.
