Harlem Bespoke: Number 317 West 112th Street sold a few years ago for $3.075 million and recently went up on the market in November 2018 for $4.1 million but has since had a couple of price chops bringing everything down to $3.6 million. As previously mentioned, this location just west of the FDB corridor and by Morningside Park is a big factor in the asking numbers since the location is prime South Harlem. Renovations are pretty much of the white-wall variety and the cornice replacement is not that accurate but buyers looking for a contemporary space should be able to appreciate the restoration of the historic home. Another point to note is that
