Harlem Bespoke: Number 235 West 131st Street was up on the market in January and now has a contract out as of the end of April for the asking of $1.3 million. This boarded up SRO building appears to have been abandoned for a long time and the front stoop is barely intact. Gut rehab brownstones have been selling a bit higher over the past few years but this address faces public housing which might deter some buyers.
