Harlem Bespoke: Finally some of the streets in Harlem have been blocked off so that pedestrian, joggers and bicyclist can exercise in safe distance. Edgecombe Avenue all along the north end of Jackie Robinson Park is now closed off above 145th Street so those who want to take a stroll can do so without worrying about bumping elbows with others on narrow sidewalks. Only local traffic will be permitted at these locations and the speed limit is set at a safe 5 miles per hour. More on the open streets initiative can be found in our past post:
