DWELL: VIRTUAL REALITY LISTINGS ARRIVE IN HARLEM

Harlem Bespoke:  After having been abandoned for over a decade, Number 325 West 112th Street by Morningside Park finally started up renovations in the summer of 2018 and now the 2-unit townhouse located by the FDB commercial corridor has fully been restored with a virtually reality flooplan set in place.  As mention previously, this is like the street view on Google maps and click on arrows that appear will have the viewer moving around anywhere in the space. This interactive feature will probably be standard in the coming months and the boutique condo is one of the first in Harlem to highlight the technology.

We were invited over to the second unit quadriplex going for $3.995 million in early March but the listing has not been ready until now with the 3D option by the broker.   A penthouse roof terrace is included in the 3,473 square foot condo and there is an abundant amount of light thanks to windows installed in the back and even on the side corner of the each floor. An amazing bath with a separate marble shower alongside a fantastic walk-in closet was one of our favorites on the tour and the modern open layout within the townhouse setting is quite unique.  A garden level unit went into contract earlier on but the upper level is definitely the jewel in this development.  More photos, details and contact information can be found on the broker site: LINK
