Harlem Bespoke: Another reopening to watch out for today is 9 Tails cafe on West 126th Street between Lenox and Fifth Avenue. Harlem's newest coffee shop only had very limited weekend hours during the past month but now will be going to a full time schedule. We especially love the fresh baked goods such as the salted chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies which are a little different than other offering found uptown.
