Harlem Bespoke: A notable, local uptown museums might be the first to open during Phase 4 reopening later this month in the city. The Museum of the City of New York is one of the smaller establishments on top of Museum Mile and has had unprecedented financial challenges along with staff cuts in the past few months but somehow has still managed to move forward. Thursday, July 23rd will be the big date if all metrics hold up in the city and hopefully things will be getting back to a slightly more normal pace weeks albeit with social distancing in mind.
