Harlem Bespoke: Another mysterious ghost development that can be found uptown is at 342 West 123rd Street by Manhattan Avenue. This development broke ground 13 years ago and had stalled by 2010 with not much progress happening since then. A new sidewalk shed had been installed back in 2017 but has since been taken down. At this point in time, one would think that the owner of the site would just sell everything off to someone that actually can finish the job. More on the story can be found in our original post:
