DWELL: 200 EDGECOMBE TOWNHOUSE
Harlem Bespoke: The gut renovated 200 Edgecombe by 143rd Street so for $1.75 million about three years ago, went back on the market for $2.25 million in February and now has a new price set at $1.999 million. As previously mentioned, the three-family home is decidedly modern but has some great, higher end finishes within that aesthetic. This used to be one of the last wood clapboard facade home in Harlem but the renovations has pretty much made everything contemporary. With that said, this townhouse is impressively 22-foot-wide but does not have the extra floor on top like most brownstones. Express trains on 145th Street are really close by and new coffee shops have opened in the area in the past few years. More details on the broker site: LINK
