Harlem Bespoke: The Museum of the City of New York was set to open next week as part of Phase 4 in New York City by now all that has been postponed further. Even though the city itself is now doing exceptionally well compared to the rest of the country, Phase 4 reopening on Monday, July 20th will only entail outdoor cultural centers such as the botanical garden. This limited approach is cautionary since other states that started letting people into crowded indoor settings had several outbreaks of COVID-19 and outdoor activities appear to still be the safest option out there.
