DWELL: 29 MOUNT MORRIS PARK WEST SOLD IN JULY

Harlem Bespoke:  It took over a year but Number 29 Mount Morris Park West now has a contract out back in June and official sold by the end of July.  As previously mentioned, the landmark address was on the market in 2018 for $3.95 million before being unlisted and returned with a new asking price set at $3.399 $3 million last summer.  It is still unclear right now if the actual closing price hit $3 million and more details will come about in the next few weeks.  This brownstone currently used as a single-family in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has amazing original details which are clearly featured in a styled set of staged interior photos.  The picturesque location by 123rd Street is quite ideal since it actually faces the park and is just around the corner from the new Whole Foods location on Lenox.
