whopping $2,360 a month but those living uptown can save over $1,000 a month since deals are starting to happen as of late. In the past 24 hours, a three bedroom at 510 West 148th Street has been listed for $2,400 a month with one month free for the first year which would break to basically $2,200 a month for the lease.
