Harlem Bespoke: Another sign positive sign to happen in the uptown dining scene this past week is that the Red Rooster on Lenox by 125th Street just reopened outdoor dining. Most other establishments have done so about 2 months ago but somehow Harlem's iconic soul food spot has waited all this time to make the sit-down experience happen. Everything should be great for business during the warm weather months but winter is now a big concern since the city apparently does not have an indoor dining plan set up for this side of the year:
