Harlem Bespoke: One of the best pocket-friendly lunch deals can be found at Fumo on Amsterdam at the corner of 139th Street. During weekday lunch hours, there is a $10 deal on any pasta plate on the menu for those dining in and we especially recommend the white sauce spaghetti with manila clams or the red sauce with classic meatballs. Other options on the menu include substantial carbonara and also a vegetarian offering.
