Harlem Bespoke: The latest news about expanded outdoor dining is that the city will make it all official throughout the year and indefinitely going forward. Everything had originally been planned to shut down for the winter months starting at the end of October but restaurants owners have been petitioning to keep things going year round. With all that in the works, city dwellers should start getting use to all eateries in the neighborhood constructing patios even further out into the sidewalk and also on to the curb of the street.
