Harlem Bespoke: Savory ground beef with melted cheese on a hero will be making a big local debut in the coming month. Chopped Cheese sandwiches are a New York City specialty and a shop with the same name apparently will be opening on Lenox soon. We saw that official signage went up at the location just south of 125th Street in the past week or so but it appears there will also be a salad bar situation along with organic foods when everything opens up.
