Harlem Bespoke: The Museum of the City of New York on Fifth Avenue by 103rd Street officially reopened today, Monday August 24th and admissions will be free until September 14th. Pre-set, staggered entry along with 25 percent occupancy will be the main regulation along with standard face mask requirements and timed tickets can be reserved online.
