Harlem Bespoke: A dramatic new building is rising in Hamilton Heights at 513 West 143rd Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway. The geometric vessel shape is actually the new headquarters for Brotherhood Sister Sol which used to be in an old brownstone at this location but was torn down to make way for the larger building. Foundation work finished up over the summer and now things are really picking up speed for the educational community nonprofit development. It appears that everything is about a year behind schedule but should be finished by next summer. Check out the original design sketch in our past post:
