Harlem Bespoke: One of the townhouses on the nicest brownstone blocks between Manhattan Avenue and Morningside Park went up on the market for $3.995 million in August, then quickly had a contract out in just over a week and now the solar-powered townhouse closed in September for
$3.950 million.
