Harlem Bespoke: Fairway on 12th Avenue shuttered over the summer and it appears that some of the property in the area is now up for lease. We walked by the neighborhood just north of 125th Street over the weekend and noticed that a lease sign had been place over the Fairway logo at one of the satellite buildings a few blocks away from the main store. This is also one of few intact historic buildings in Manhattanville and would really interesting to see restored properly. More on the last days of Harlem's Fairway can be found in our past post:
