Harlem Bespoke: We noticed that another stoop in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is currently being restored. These landmark brownstones on Lenox have slowly been renovated over the decades and contractors start off with a scratch coat of cement before the application of the smoother stucco finish. The before and after is usually quite dramatic and a neighboring townhouse had the same thing done a few year back:
