Harlem Bespoke: We checked up on 410 West 126th Street at the beginning of October when construction just started on the lower level but now all of the upper floors are starting to rise quickly. Concrete trucks have been pouring on the floors on site for the past few weeks and now four floors are complete at the location just west of Morningside Avenue. Based on an earlier rendering, it appears that the 20-story new development will be a hotel of some sort but nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet. Check out our past post for more details:
