Harlem Bespoke: The new construction at 300 West 122nd Street started rising on St. Nicholas Avenue less than a year ago but facade finishes have now recently been revealed. The 13-story residential building has been mostly covered by scaffolding and netting since summer but now everything is starting to come down. There appears to be modern nod to prewar details here and the development should fit in nicely with the surrounding historic architecture when all is complete.
