DWELL: 549 MANHATTAN AVENUE BACK ON MARKET

Harlem Bespoke: A brownstone at 549 Manhattan Avenue by 123rd Street arrived on the market for the asking of $2.299 million back in October, had a contract out in February and now has returned with a new asking set at $2.150 $2.095 million.  As previously mentioned, this is one of the best micro-nabes within Harlem because the location is so near to parks, the FDB corridor and the express trains.  Also the blocks are really charming and have attracted buyers quickly in the past decade.  Everything has been moderately renovated but will probably need an update at this apparent 3-family home just south of 125th Street: LINK
