Harlem Bespoke: Retail rents are really negotiable these days so maybe the Bernheimer building space at the corner of 116th and Lenox will find a new anchor tenant. The clothing store that was at the location just on the south border of the Mount Morris Park neighborhood packed up almost two years ago but somehow nothing has arrived yet. As can be seen by the top photo, the express subway station is right in front of this address so the storefront would definitely be attractive to a more notable retailer. There used to be a super market at this corner in the distant past so a Trader Joe's comes to mind: LINK
