Harlem Bespoke: The tallest uptown Christmas tree arrived at the plaza in front of the State Office Building yesterday at 125th Street by Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard and we noticed that things were progressing along this morning. Several men were on site stabilizing everything and the star had been mounted up top already. This might be the only public tree to be seen uptown for December since all the local restaurant are using existing outdoor space for seating this holiday season.
