Harlem Bespoke: The foundation only finished up in the summer of 2019 but 201 East 125th Street by 2nd Avenue looks almost complete on the outside these days. We took the above photos this week and could not believe the how quickly everything is coming along. This 19-story development is also known as One East Harlem and will have 300 units of affordable or low-income housing when finished up next year. A supermarket will be included at the lower level and about 100 units will be market rate rentals. Check out the final rendering in our past post:
