Harlem Bespoke: Number 188 Lenox was last priced at $3.1 million a couple of years ago and now has returned to the market with a much lower asking set at $1.9 million. As previously mentioned, this block between 119th and 120th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has some of the best architecture to be found uptown but has yet to be renovated fully.
