Harlem Bespoke: Now the
New York Times has an article out on how the demand for more space has boost townhouse sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn last month. Earlier in the year it was all about panic buyer fleeing to the burbs but now the story is that anything under $10 million is moving quickly in the New York city market. With that said, everything reviewed appears to be pricier homes with the top seller in the West Village set at $31 million but no mention of Harlem townhouse which are a fraction of the cost shown in the analyses:
