Harlem Bespoke: An industrial new development at 310 West 113th Street by Frederick Douglass Boulevard just had a facade reveal that could fit right into any historic district. We took photos last year around April when construction just started up but now everything appears to almost be finishing up. This just goes to prove that even new developments can take references from the past and go the more classical direction for the neighborhood. Anyone looking for that Soho loft feel should definitely look into these apartments. More on this new development can be found in our past post: LINK
