Harlem Bespoke: One of the matching townhouses on 136th Street by 8th Avenue in Central Harlem has has arrived on the market for $2.7 million but apparently is a renovated SRO with a Certificate of Non Harassment in place. Number 235 West 136th appears looks turnkey with a lot of moderate finishes but a couple of original fireplaces are at least included. The quiet location just west of Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard is one of the more intact ones above 135th Street and is only a couple of blocks away from the express trains on Lenox.
