Harlem Bespoke: Some good news today can be found in an announcement by Governor Cuomo that restaurant workers will now be included on the list of essential workers who can get the next round of vaccines arriving to New York state. Taxi drivers were also added on to the eligibility list but it will be up to the city's health departments or mayor to decide if there is enough to spread out in amongst the qualifying groups. City restaurants are currently set up to open indoor dining again starting on Valentine's Day this month at 25 percent capacity so this does appear to be a timely turn of events.
