DWELL: 102 WEST 123RD STREET IN CONTRACT
Harlem Bespoke: The apparent 4-family brownstone at 102 West 123rd Street is one of the more notable contracts out for the spring season since the sale will be based on a $3.95 million asking price. This impressive 20-foot-wide corner landmark townhouse has some expensive upgrades inside for a rental building but most higher end buyers in the past usually go for a simpler single-family layout. With that said, the Mount Morris Park Historic District is one of the most south after neighborhoods to be found uptown and there is a lot to offer on Lenox Avenue including the Whole Foods just a couple of blocks north. We also appreciate that quite a few original details are still intact within. More on information and photos on Streeteasy: LINK
