DWELL: 417 WEST 148TH STREET SOLD IN JANUARY

Harlem Bespoke:  Panic buyers fled to the burbs this past year but the folks who stayed in Manhattan only had to look uptown for some sharply priced deals.  Number 417 West 148th Street went up on the market for $2.475 million on the very last week of July 2020 and had a contract out by the end of August and Streeteasy now confirms everything closed in January for $2.2 million.  The two-family brownstone in the Hamilton Heights Sugar Hill Historic District has loads of original details within and looks to be in turnkey condition.  We probably would update some of the bath and kitchen finishes but everything looks to be in order otherwise.  The express subway station is also just a block away from the location so everything is pretty much ideal at this address.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK
